Water Sampling Services

The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive drinking‑water sampling, transportation, and laboratory analysis services for Hurlburt Field, FL, for FY27 and subsequent option years. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation, comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act, Florida Administrative Codes, DoD Instruction 4715.6, and applicable DEP SOPs. The effort includes routine bacteriological sampling (monthly and well‑based), fluoride surveillance, TTHM/HAA5, nitrate/nitrite testing, PFAS, lead/copper, and emergency response sampling, with a base period of one year (15 Nov 2026 – 14 Nov 2027) and up to four one‑year options (total possible performance ≤ 5 years).
