Disaster Overseas Transportation Support - U.S. Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for providing all-inclusive transportation and shipping services to include air, maritime, and ground transportation. The contract will have a base period of 12 months, followed by four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be required to provide transportation services for the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. • The contractor will be responsible for providing surface line haul services, ground transportation, ocean transportation, and other related services. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security, safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, experience, and qualifications for the contract. • The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation without award if the needs of the requirement are not met.
