Description
The City of Fulshear is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive solid waste collection and disposal services for the municipality. The contract will cover residential, commercial, and special‑event waste streams, including weekly curbside collection of municipal solid waste, recyclables, bulk items, and brush, as well as provision of roll‑off containers for construction debris and seasonal events (e.g., Christmas tree recycling). The contractor must supply all labor, vehicles, carts, containers, transportation, disposal facilities, supervision, and related resources, and must comply with detailed pricing requirements in Exhibit A. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 29, 2026, with questions due by September 8, 2026. The City requires extensive insurance coverage, a performance bond for contracts over $50,000, and adherence to numerous Texas‑specific legal and ethical provisions. Evaluation will weight responsiveness, service capability, cost, and equipment/disposal factors.
