Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of General Services is seeking an exclusive tenant representative (broker) to secure a lease for 3,575 net square feet of office space for the Maryland State Police in Elkridge, Howard County. The lease term is ten years with an optional five‑year renewal. Offerors must submit a double‑envelope proposal (technical and financial) by September 29 2026, include a test‑fit, provide detailed parking (minimum 80 spaces, including EV charging), meet extensive performance standards (LED lighting, touchless fixtures, LVT flooring, etc.), and be prepared for possible oral presentations and site visits. The selection will be based on technical scores (program efficiency, amenities, access, building condition, etc.) and the lowest net effective rent.
