PBX Maintenance and Support

The Maryland Aviation Administration is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and support for their NEC SV9500 platform. The contractor will be responsible for providing all levels of support services, including Tier 1, as defined in the attached document Multi-tiered technical support. The contract will be for a 2-year period, and the award will be based on the responsive and responsible bid that meets the specifications and provides the best value for the MAA. The scope of work includes maintenance and support for Voice Servers, Voice Mail Systems, and other associated equipment. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide cost for maintenance with software assurance as defined in the SOW at the requested service level. • The contractor must provide cost for maintenance incident response, including catastrophic, major, and minor incident responses. • The contractor must provide labor categories and rates for evaluation purposes only. • The contractor must provide a total 2-year cost for all labor categories. The MAA is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality maintenance and support services, and the award will be based on the best value for the MAA.
