The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide guest internet and phone services for the Compensated Work Therapy / Transitional Residence program in Columbia, MO. The services should include 24/7 access to emergency services, phone and online video services, and support for the independent needs of Veteran residents. The requirement will be for up to five years, with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor should provide reliable and consistent service, respond to issues within a reasonable time frame, and provide necessary supporting devices to ensure coverage in all areas of the transitional housing program. Some key requirements include: • Service speeds shall be non-capped or metered, with a minimum of 1 gigabit per second • Phone service shall be provided • The contractor shall respond to issues within a reasonable time frame (generally between 24 and 48 hours) • The contractor shall provide necessary supporting devices to ensure coverage in all areas of the transitional housing program • Installation and activation shall be completed no later than February 8th, 2026
