RFI/SOURCES SOUGHT: JBPHH Furnishings Management Office Appliance Repair and Furnishings Drayage Support Services

The Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (NAVSUP FLCPH) is conducting market research to identify interested and capable commercial sources that can provide Appliance Repair and Furnishings Drayage Support Services for Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH). The services include major/minor repair, delivery, and pick-up of Government-owned loaner furniture for Navy and Air Force personnel. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services to perform Furnishing Management Office (FMO) operations. The scope of work includes appliance repair, loaner furniture management, and customer service. Some key points to consider: * The Contractor will provide services to include major/minor repair, delivery, and pick-up of Government-owned loaner furniture. * The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and tracking all issued furniture kits. * The Contractor will provide customer service and ensure that all requests for service are handled in a prompt and courteous manner. * The Contractor will be required to comply with various regulations and guidelines, including those related to security and background investigations.
