Landscaping Maintenance - Fire Station 4

The City of Goose Creek is soliciting a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscaping services for its Fire Station 4. The work includes initial site preparation, plant replacement, mulching, and ongoing weekly maintenance throughout the landscaping season, as well as optional off‑season services. The contractor must meet insurance, bonding, and licensing requirements and be able to invoice monthly for maintenance work. • Perform initial installation: clear debris, replace dead plants, install mulch or pine straw, and ensure compliance with HOA guidelines. • Provide weekly maintenance (April‑October) and optional off‑season service (November‑March) – mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, fertilization, and site clean‑up. • Supply all required documentation (W‑9, COI, business licenses, conflict‑of‑interest statement) and meet a September 4, 2026 bid deadline.
