Food Truck Services for Various City Events

The City of Warwick is seeking a qualified Food Truck Company to provide food trucks for various city events. The selected vendor will be required to provide food trucks, staff, and equipment to prepare and sell food items, nonalcoholic/alcoholic beverages, and snack items for public consumption during the events. The vendor will be responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and insurance, and must comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The city has a zero-tolerance policy for the sale or display of products that promote gang colors/symbols, drugs, or illegal activities. The vendor must also provide a menu with their proposal and pay an event fee to the city. Some of the key events include: • New Year’s Eve Fireworks • Rocky Point Concert and Marketplace events • National Night Out • Holiday Tree Lighting • Non-Special Event Related Park requests • Warwick Holiday Stroll and Parade The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any minor deviations or informalities in the bids received. The successful bidder will be required to sign a vendor agreement and provide a certificate of insurance.
