Residential Furniture Leasing Services

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide residential furniture leasing services for the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, the U.S. Consulate General in Sydney, and the U.S. Consulate General in Melbourne, Australia. The contractor will be responsible for providing furniture, maintaining inventory levels, and delivering and picking up furniture as needed. The contract will be for a base year with two one-year options. The contractor must provide a comprehensive price list and ensure that all furniture meets Australian standards and is free from defects. • The contractor must provide residential furniture leasing services for the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, the U.S. Consulate General in Sydney, and the U.S. Consulate General in Melbourne, Australia. • The contractor must maintain sufficient inventory levels and supply chain capacity to meet U.S. Government requirements. • The contractor must deliver and pick up furniture as needed, and ensure that all furniture is in good condition and meets Australian standards. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive price list and ensure that all furniture is free from defects. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance, workers' compensation, and taxation.
