Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Imaging Sonar Systems

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Environmental Laboratory is planning to award a sole‑source contract to Ocean Marine Industries, Inc. for a complete ARIS 1800 adaptive‑resolution imaging sonar system (including accessories, software, and a 12‑month warranty) and associated cabling. An optional AR3 3‑axis rotator package may also be procured. Although the notice is not a competitive solicitation, interested parties may submit capability statements by the deadline; however, submissions will not guarantee a change in the acquisition strategy.
