The City of San Diego is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver full‑service, broadcast‑ready audio‑visual production for the public meetings of the Office of the Commission on Police Practices (OCPP). The contractor must provide all equipment, staff, and expertise to plan, set up, record, stream, and post‑produce approximately 14 meetings per year, each lasting about seven hours, over an initial two‑year term with the possibility of up to three one‑year extensions.
