Design-Build of a Tier II Mobile Command Post Vehicle (MCPV) Trailer

The FBI is issuing a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract for the design, engineering, manufacture, integration, testing, and delivery of Tier II Mobile Command Post Vehicle (MCPV) trailers and compatible Class 4 prime‑hauler vehicles. The effort begins with a $5,000 kickoff and program‑planning CLIN, followed by a First‑Article trailer and hauler that will establish the production baseline. Up to 13 total trailer/hauler sets may be ordered over a ten‑year period, with a maximum contract ceiling of $15 million.
