Budget estimate

$1,550,000 – $3,100,000

Based on the document, the estimated annual average workload is approximately 310 total flight hours per year. Assuming an average cost per flight hour of $5,000 to $10,000, the total estimated annual budget could be between $1,550,000 and $3,100,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors such as the contractor's rates, the specific services required, and the duration of the contract.
