Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Essayons MSD Overhaul OEM Parts Procurement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to solicit a firm-fixed-price supply contract directly to Scienco/FAST Systems for the purchase of proprietary OEM parts to overhaul the Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) on board the USACE Essayons. The statutory authority for this is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) or 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) and RFO FAR 6.103-1(b). Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government by submitting a capability statement. • The requirement is for the purchase of proprietary OEM parts to overhaul the Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) on board the USACE Essayons. • The contract will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. • The solicitation will not be posted, and the intention is to solicit/award the contract directly to Scienco/FAST Systems. • Interested concerns must submit a capability statement to demonstrate their ability to supply the required services.
