Sale of Reusable Sodium Nitrate and Steel Drums

The Anniston Munitions Center (ANMC) is seeking buyers to purchase reusable sodium nitrate and steel drums from their inventory of Document Destroyers. The Document Destroyers are emergency incendiary drums used for rapid destruction of materials, and each drum contains approximately 190 lbs. of sodium nitrate. The sodium nitrate can be used as an oxidizer or for other commercial and agricultural purposes. The buyer will be responsible for funding all chemical analysis and testing of the decomposition or stability of the sodium nitrate.
