RFQ #27-08, On-Call Materials and Field Testing Services - Annual Contract

Henry County is soliciting statements of qualifications to develop a shortlist of pre-qualified firms to provide on-call comprehensive materials and field testing services. The selected firms will receive bid opportunities on an as-needed basis for one year with two possible additional one-year period renewals. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the contract. • The contractor must be included on the current Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Prequalified Consultants list in the area classes listed in the RFQ. • The contractor must provide a statement of warranty, including all applicable manufacturers' warranty and the contractor's warranty in regards to equipment, materials, and workmanship. • The contractor must comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), State, and County Safety and Occupational Health Standards and any other applicable rules and regulations. • The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace certification and comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. • The contractor must provide a covenant of non-discrimination and comply with the policies of Henry County relating to equal opportunity in contracting.
