Alabama’s Department of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver high‑quality professional‑learning services focused on Structured Literacy (Phase 3 of the Science‑of‑Reading continuum). The contract will cover the design, development, and delivery of both face‑to‑face and virtual training for K‑12 educators, including ongoing coaching and resources. Vendors must provide evidence of 3‑5 years of successful outcomes, comply with E‑Verify, and be able to present per‑educator and unlimited‑use pricing structures.
