Description
The City of Portland seeks a qualified vendor to perform a forensic, building‑by‑building Facilities Condition Assessment of all municipal facilities and to implement a fully integrated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that will house the assessment data and support ongoing asset‑management and capital‑planning processes. The scope includes detailed condition reporting, loading a pre‑approved fixed‑asset inventory into the CMMS, configuring the system for work‑order and maintenance tracking, integrating it with existing city asset‑management tools, and providing training and post‑implementation support.
• Conduct comprehensive condition assessments (structural, mechanical, electrical, envelope) for every city‑owned building.
• Supply, configure, and populate a CMMS with the city‑provided fixed‑asset list, ensuring seamless data migration.
• Integrate the CMMS with the city’s existing asset‑management and capital‑planning software, and deliver user training and documentation.
• Vendor must have proven experience with large‑scale CMMS deployments and forensic facility assessments for municipal or public‑sector clients.
• Bids must be submitted electronically by 2:30 p.m. on March 18 2026 (or via courier/in‑person) and vendors must be registered with the City Purchasing Office.
