Contract Management System

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals from vendors who can provide all software, configuration, implementation, project management, training, and support necessary to provide, install, implement, support, and maintain a fully operational contract lifecycle management system (CLM) in accordance with the attached RFP. The CLM shall support a full contract lifecycle and provide measurable performance and compliance reporting. Roswell Park’s primary goals for implementing a new CLM are to: (i) Create a comprehensive, fully, and easily searchable electronic database of all Roswell Park contracts and vendors. (ii) Streamline and expedite Roswell Park’s contracting process. (iii) Provide transparency for Roswell Park’s internal clients as their contracts move through the contracting process by allowing CLM access and/or electronic notification for status updating. (iv) Improve Roswell Park’s control over all aspects of the contract life-cycle (i.e., submission, intake, reviewer assignment, review or drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, assignment, renewal, and expiration or termination). (v) Permit users to easily perform data analyses and run reports.
