Somerset County’s Purchasing Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive testing, routine maintenance, repair services, and rental of standby generators for county facilities. This contract will cover the full lifecycle of generator assets, ensuring reliable power backup for critical operations. • Perform periodic performance testing on existing generators to verify operational readiness. • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and load bank testing. • Provide corrective repair services for any malfunctioning equipment, with rapid response times. • Supply and install rental generators as temporary power solutions during outages or while permanent units are serviced. • Deliver all required documentation, certifications, and compliance reports as stipulated by county regulations.
