Notice of Intent to Issue Multiple Sole Source Orders under AEGIS Weapon System BOA #N0002421G5102

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue multiple sole source orders to Lockheed Martin RMS under Basic Ordering Agreement #N0002421G5102 related to the AEGIS Weapons System. The proposed contract actions are for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The requirements include Air Control Panels, Air Removal Assemblies, AEGIS Combat System Support Equipment, Waveform Generators, Dry Air Panels, Aegis Linear Processing System Tech Refresh Equipment, and various AEGIS weapon system spares, support equipment, and engineering services. • The sole source orders will be issued through September 30th, 2026. • The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin RMS. • The requirements include various equipment and engineering services related to the AEGIS Weapons System. • All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government.
