Environmental Laboratory Gases

The State of Oklahoma, Department of Environmental Quality, is soliciting bids for the provision of Environmental Laboratory Gases. The successful bidder will be required to provide gases for laboratory use. The contract will be for a fixed term, and the bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term, including optional renewal terms. The bidder must also submit a completed "Responding Bidder Information" form, certification for competitive bid and contract, and disclosure of any contractual relationships or conflicts of interest. • The bidder must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. • The bidder must submit a completed Security Certification and Accreditation Assessment, if required. • The bidder must provide three business references from clients for whom they have provided similar services. • The bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term, including optional renewal terms. • The bidder must guarantee unit prices to be correct.
