Hard Drive Destruction Services

Greenville County is seeking qualified vendors to provide on‑site destruction of data storage media—including hard drives, tapes, and disks—in accordance with applicable standards and certifications. The work will be performed as needed, with no fixed contract term, requiring vendors to be flexible and able to schedule services promptly. • Perform secure, on‑site destruction of various data storage devices (hard drives, tapes, disks, etc.) meeting listed standards and certifications. • Provide documented proof of destruction (certificates of data disposal) for each job. • Offer flexible, as‑needed service scheduling; the contract may be used repeatedly over the contract period. • Must comply with relevant security and data‑privacy regulations (e.g., NIST, DoD, HIPAA where applicable).
