The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a qualified prime consultant (and pre‑qualified sub‑consultants) to provide full‑turnkey Right‑of‑Way (ROW) acquisition services for the I‑285 corridor at SR 8 extending to SR 280 in Fulton County. The scope covers every phase from preliminary cost estimating, pre‑acquisition planning, title work, appraisal, negotiation, condemnation, relocation assistance, and final project close‑out, with all deliverables entered into GDOT’s TPro system. The contract will be a five‑year open agency agreement with no guaranteed minimum volume; pricing is submitted via a detailed “Menu of Services” cost worksheet.
