Landfill Truck Scales

The City of Conway is seeking bids for the furnishing and installation of two electronic truck scales at the City's landfill. The scales must be compatible with the City's existing SMS Turbo landfill software. The project includes the removal of existing scales, demolition, and installation of new scales. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor informality or technicality. * The project requires the installation of two fully electronic concrete deck truck scales with foundations, weighbridges, load cells, indicators, surge protection, wiring, and accessories. * The scales must be compatible with the City's existing SMS Turbo landfill software. * The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing scales and foundations. * The project includes the design and construction of new foundations to match existing finished approach grades. * The contractor must provide a complete lightning and surge protection system for each truck scale. * The scales must be calibrated and tested by qualified personnel. * The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, calibration certificates, and warranty documents.
