Two New or Used 10-Passenger Vans

The Topeka Public Schools are seeking proposals for the purchase of two new or used 10-passenger vans. The vans will be used for transportation purposes. The successful bidder will be required to provide the vans within 90 days of the award of the contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered the most advantageous to the Topeka Public Schools. • The vans must be new or used 10-passenger vans • The vans must be delivered within 90 days of the award of the contract • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder • The successful bidder will be required to provide service manuals and descriptive literature for the vans • The successful bidder will be required to provide a warranty for the vans
