Northtowne Sanitary Sewer Replacement

This solicitation seeks bids for the removal and replacement of existing water and sanitary lines within the City of Findlay’s Northtowne area. The contractor will lower an existing 12‑inch water line beneath a 36‑inch storm sewer, replace two manholes 3 feet lower, install 408 LF of new 18‑inch sanitary sewer, and perform associated excavation, traffic control, and pavement restoration.
