Platte Landing Park Trail Improvements

The City of Parkville is soliciting bids for the complete reconstruction and upgrade of the Platte Landing Park trail system and adjoining park facilities. The scope includes demolition of existing asphalt trail sections and boardwalk, construction of a new 10‑ft wide concrete multi‑use trail (reduced to 6 ft in constrained areas), new connections to sidewalks, parking lots, and a pedestrian bridge, plus grading, drainage, culvert installation, ADA‑compliant pathways, and site restoration. Additional work covers parking lot resurfacing with 28 standard and 10 ADA spaces, pavement markings, signage, storm‑drain improvements, a rain garden, utility relocations, erosion‑and‑sediment control, tree protection/removal, landscaping, and re‑vegetation of disturbed areas.
