The Idaho State Historical Society is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape and lawn‑care services for two historic properties near Hansen, Idaho (Rock Creek Station & Stricker Homesite). The work includes routine mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilization, weed control, irrigation monitoring, pest‑control, debris removal, seasonal clean‑up, and snow/ice removal, with specific frequencies and seasonal windows. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of renewal up to five years total, and the contractor must use state‑owned equipment where provided, comply with OSHA and chemical‑handling regulations, and submit regular service reports. • Weekly mowing/trimming (April 1 – Nov 7) and monthly field mowing at the secondary site. • Seasonal tasks: pruning every 3 months, fertilization three times per year, bi‑weekly weed control, and snow/ice removal Nov 1 – Apr 30. • Required certifications, five‑year experience, and ability to meet insurance and reporting obligations; electronic bid submission via IPRO only.
