UHIP Dorm Commodities - Dehumidifiers

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide dehumidifiers for the Unaccompanied Housing Improvement Plan (UHIP) at Little Rock Air Force Base. The contractor shall procure and deliver 167 dehumidifiers that meet the specified characteristics, including a minimum 50 pint moisture removal capacity, 36 db noise maximum, 3 fan speeds, minimum 9-pint bucket capacity, and a wheeled base. The contractor shall also provide adequate storage for all appliances and materials awaiting delivery. The government shall provide the facility space, utilities, and an escort to the warehouse during duty hours. The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local environmental pollution standards and regulations. • The contractor shall submit all makes and models for each building to the POC for approval. • The contractor shall obtain an AF Form 75, Personal Identification Card, for each employee working at Little Rock AFB, and AF Form 533, Vehicle Registration Certificate, for personal vehicles requiring access to Little Rock AFB. • The contractor shall complete all deliveries no later than 90 days after receiving the notice to proceed. • The contractor shall provide 2-3 past performance references of recent and relevant work documentation performing similar work.
