The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive, catalog-based offerings of apparel, uniforms, and related products for use by eligible public agencies. The scope of work includes providing a wide range of apparel products, including outerwear, shirts, pants, high-visibility apparel, and headwear. Vendors must also provide order fulfillment services, including product sourcing, order processing, and delivery. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a term of up to four years, including any renewal periods. • The contract is intended to provide participating agencies with flexible, catalog-based access to a wide range of apparel products and related services. • Vendors must provide a percentage discount off MSRP, list price, or catalog pricing for various apparel categories. • Vendors may offer value-added services, such as screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration services. • The contract is open to all eligible public agencies, including K-12 and post-secondary institutions, municipalities, and parks and recreation entities throughout Kansas.
