Citywide Sewer Cleaning & CCTV Inspection Services (On-Call)

The City of Pawtucket is seeking an on‑call contractor to provide comprehensive sewer‑line cleaning and CCTV inspection services for its municipal sanitary and storm sewer system. The work covers roughly 184 mi of mains, about 4,000 manholes, and five pump stations, with a requirement to respond to routine calls within five working days and emergencies within 24 hours. The contract is a one‑year base term with two optional one‑year renewals, and the award will be based primarily on price (60 %) and experience/references (40 %). • High‑pressure jetting, vacuuming, chain‑scraping, root/grease removal for all sewer lines ≥ 8 in. • NASSCO‑certified CCTV inspections (minimum 460‑line resolution) with audio narration, video delivery, and written reports. • 24/7 on‑call availability, 5‑day mobilization for routine work, 24‑hour response for emergencies, and provision of all labor, equipment, disposal, and documentation.
