ITB27-015 Water Sample Analysis

The Kenai Peninsula Borough seeks a qualified laboratory to perform comprehensive water quality testing for municipal water samples in accordance with the attached specifications. The contract covers a fixed quantity of analyses across a range of parameters, each priced per unit, and includes ancillary shipping and courier fees. An electronic signature is required, and bidders must provide a bid bond unless the total bid is under $100,000. • Perform 100 coliform bacteria tests (immediate phone notification if MCL exceeded). • Conduct 20 nitrate, 8 lead/copper, 200 arsenic, 5 Phase V organics, 10 VOC, 15 BOD, 15 TSS, 15 fecal coliform, 3 TTHM/HAA5, and 8 E. coli analyses. • Provide monthly shipping for kits (60 units) and courier services (100 units) as needed. • Submit a bid bond (or certify exemption) and required tax compliance certification with the bid. • All work must be completed under the borough’s electronic signature policy and adhere to the specified schedule.
