Description
The County of Siskiyou is seeking qualified providers to deliver Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) and/or Day Rehabilitation (DTR) behavioral‑health services to children, youth, transitional‑age youth, adults, and older adults. Proposals may cover one or both service lines, and service delivery can occur inside Siskiyou County or at an off‑site licensed facility with a solid transportation plan. The contract is a Professional Services Agreement spanning roughly two and a half years, with compensation to be negotiated based on Medi‑Cal rates, BHSA funding, and County appropriations. Evaluation emphasizes technical merit, organizational experience, staffing plans, and cost. Vendors must meet extensive licensing, insurance, EHR (SmartCare) compatibility, and reporting requirements.
