Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research to identify potential sources of commercial products/services that satisfy the Government's anticipated needs for an electrochemical analysis system. The system should include a research-grade, multi-channel potentiostat/galvanostat system, a high-current application electrochemical channel, an interface power hub, a rotating electrode, and other components. The system will be used to characterize the thermodynamics and kinetics of selective electrowinning from complex, multi-ion leachates.
• The system must meet specific technical requirements, including compliance voltage, maximum continuous current, data acquisition speed, and current resolution.
• The system must include pre-licensed control software and various accessories, such as a cell kit, reference electrode, and power cords.
• The contractor must provide a two-year standard system assurance plan and warranty for the equipment.
• The contractor must also provide installation, training, and maintenance services for the equipment.
