Description
The DeKalb County Government is soliciting sealed bids for commercial moving services for the Department of Voter Registration & Elections. The services include moving election equipment stored at the DeKalb County Voter Registration & Elections Warehouse to and from polling sites throughout the county. The contract is for an annual period with options to renew.
• The moving services are required for scheduled and unscheduled elections during the contract period.
• The equipment is stored at the DeKalb County Voter Registration & Elections Warehouse located at 4380 Memorial Drive, Decatur, GA 30032.
• Bids must be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal prior to 3:00 PM on June 24, 2026.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM via Zoom.
