SP WIC & Senior FMNP Banking

The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide banking services for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) and the WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP). The contractor will be required to provide paper checks, including printing and shipping, as well as check and register log services. The contract will be for a period of approximately 11 months, from the date of signature to December 31, 2026. The contractor will need to process an estimated 5,513 WIC participants and 24,722 Senior participants. • The contractor will be responsible for providing paper checks, including printing and shipping, as well as check and register log services. • The contractor will need to process an estimated 5,513 WIC participants and 24,722 Senior participants. • The contract will be for a period of approximately 11 months, from the date of signature to December 31, 2026. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, and orders. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the State as an additional insured.
