Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $25,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total award amount. Based on typical NYS grant allocations for multi‑site crisis stabilization projects, each center often receives between $2 million and $5 million for capital construction, equipment, and initial operating costs. With five centers, the total funding could range from roughly $10 million to $25 million over the five‑year contract term. Therefore, a reasonable estimate for the overall budget is $10 million–$25 million, with individual award amounts averaging $2 million–$5 million per center. Factors influencing the final amount include site‑specific construction costs, regional labor rates, and the scope of services each center will provide.
