The Berlin Borough Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive substitute staffing services for its K‑12 schools on an as‑needed basis. The contract will cover recruitment, credentialing, placement, training, and management of substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and other certified or non‑certified staff, supported by a web‑based placement and time‑clock system.
