Automotive Parts, Supplies, and Accessories

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks qualified vendors to provide a broad range of automotive parts, supplies, and accessories for Pasco County Schools’ bus fleet on an as‑needed basis. The District will award individual line‑item contracts to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, with a one‑year base term (renewable up to six months). Vendors must submit pricing per unit, guarantee a one‑year warranty on parts, and meet extensive documentation requirements (business license, insurance, W‑9, conflict‑of‑interest, coercion affidavit, etc.). Deliveries are FOB destination with strict turnaround times (3 hrs for service components, 48 hrs for major components). The contract value is driven by the District’s estimated annual consumption of hundreds of part numbers.
