The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from industry partners for the procurement of stretchers, specifically the Stryker Prime Big Wheel Stretcher 30". The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry who have the capability to provide the required items. The stretchers should have electric functionality, a weight capacity of 318 kg, and a low height of less than 54 cm, among other salient characteristics. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide the required information, including company name, address, point of contact, and socio-economic status. • The stretchers should be domestic or non-domestic. • The stretchers should have a power-washable design. • The stretchers should have a litter-mounted oxygen bottle holder. • The stretchers should have a minimum under-stretcher clearance of 2.5 cm. • The stretchers should have a Fowler angle of 0° to 90°. • The stretchers should have a Gatch height of 5.5 inches (14 cm) minimum. • The stretchers should have a Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg of +17°/-17°.
