Fairbanks Alaska CBOC Security Guard

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide on‑site security guard services for the Fairbanks Community‑Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 2555 Phillips Field Road, Fairbanks, AK 99709. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors at the VA medical facility. This is a straightforward security services contract with no special technical requirements beyond standard guard duties, such as access control, patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response. • Provide 24/7 security guard coverage (or as specified in the contract) at the Fairbanks CBOC. • Supply all required personnel, uniforms, radios, and related equipment. • Perform access control, visitor screening, patrols, and incident documentation. • Coordinate with VA facility management and local law enforcement as needed. • Maintain compliance with VA security policies and federal regulations.
