RFP - External Window Washing Services

The Rockingham County is seeking proposals for external window washing services for its nursing home and assisted living facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for washing all outside windows at the facilities. The vendor must provide their own equipment and window cleaning solution. A mandatory site visit is required for vendors submitting proposals. The proposal must include an itemized price proposal, liability insurance certificate, and W-9 for payment purposes. • The facilities include a three-story nursing home facility divided into three wings, plus assisted living. • The windows are casement windows that require external cleaning only. • Some windows are above landscaped areas, and a ladder will be required. • A water source is available on-site. • The vendor must provide liability insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. • The vendor must also provide workers' compensation insurance and comprehensive general liability insurance.
