Latex/Vinyl Gloves

The Rockingham County Facilities Operations department is requesting proposals for the supply of latex/vinyl/nitrile gloves for a period of two years (August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028) for the following departments: 1. Rockingham County Rehabilitation & Nursing Center 2. Assisted Living 3. Department of Corrections The proposal submission deadline is Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 7:30 AM, and the proposal opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 AM. Proposals can be submitted through hard copy, email, or online submission via Public Purchase. The proposal should include the following information: * Organization's legal name, tax ID, physical address, and mailing address * Itemized pricing, including shipping or freight costs * Cut sheets, specifications, brochures, etc. for the products quoted * Warranty and service availability information * Proposed start and completion time schedule * Insurance requirements, non-appropriations, and indemnification obligations The county is seeking quotes for the following glove sizes and quantities: * Powder-free vinyl exam gloves: small, medium, large, and X-large * Synthetic rubber nitrile gloves: small, medium, large, and X-large * Non-sterile powder-free vinyl gloves: medium, large, and X-large The proposal should also include the following: * A 30-day validity period for the proposal prices * Compliance with the county's insurance requirements, including professional liability, workers' compensation, comprehensive general liability, and motor vehicle insurance * A non-appropriation clause and an indemnification clause, as specified in the RFP The county reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the county, and waive any formalities in the bidding process. The contract will be awarded to the successful organization(s) at a regular scheduled Rockingham County Board of Commissioners meeting.
