Notice of Intent Sole Source

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award a sole source contract to Toll Offshore Petroleum Services Pte Ltd for diving services in Singapore. The contract is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the estimated value is less than $36,000. The requirement is for diver services on four Coast Guard cutters moored in Singapore, and the dates are fixed and cannot be moved. • The contractor must be a licensed ship repair agent authorized to perform diver services in Singapore. • The ships are moored at TOLL shipyard, and there is no ability to bring in outside divers to TOLL shipyard. • The contract is awarded under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
