Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Chaff and Flares Inserts

The 437th Maintenance Squadron (437 MXS) at Joint Base Graham, South Carolina, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fourshare LLC for the provision of 270 M548 Chaff and Flare Inserts. These inserts must be manufactured using specialized electrically conductive/anti-static polymer to meet strict electrostatic discharge safety thresholds and exact physical flight configurations. • The purchase will be made under Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services IAW RFO 12.102(a) and Other Than Full and Open Competition, as authorized by RFO Part 6.103-1. • The anticipated award date is 31 August 2026. • Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. • The closing date for this notice is 27 August 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
