Repair Network Switches Facility 292, Vance AFB, Oklahoma

The project involves the repair and replacement of network switches at Facility 292, Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The contractor will be responsible for installing new SFP switches, uninterruptible power supplies, and migrating existing CPO controllers to the new switch. The contractor must also ensure that all work is done in compliance with safety standards and regulations. The project has a total period of performance of 40 calendar days, with a non-performance period of up to 30 calendar days for mobilization and material lead time, and a performance period of 10 calendar days after obtaining a Notice to Proceed from the Contracting Officer. Key responsibilities include: • Installing new SFP switches and uninterruptible power supplies • Migrating existing CPO controllers to the new switch • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations • Coordinating with ASRC Construction Management for access to the facility and for resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project • Providing a single representative for supervising the project, ensuring quality control, and site safety • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and protecting government property • Submitting a schedule of values and a schedule of work for approval by ASRC Construction Management • Complying with all applicable standards and provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)
