Administrative Contracted Services- SUPPLEMENTAL

The Texas City Independent School District is seeking proposals for Administrative Contracted Services. The district is looking for a vendor to provide various administrative services, including but not limited to, accounting, human resources, and information technology support. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the vendor will be required to provide services as needed. The district reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with or without cause. • The vendor must be able to provide services that meet the needs of the district • The vendor must be able to work with the district to develop a plan for providing services • The vendor must be able to provide services in a timely and efficient manner • The vendor must be able to communicate effectively with the district and its employees • The vendor must be able to provide services that are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
