Description
The State of Indiana (through the Veterans Affairs agency) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, configure, and implement a Long‑Term Care (LTC) Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for the Indiana Veterans Home (IVH). The scope includes full‑cycle software delivery, cloud‑based hosting compliant with Indiana EO 25‑19 (GovRAMP), data migration, system integration, user training for IVH staff and any subcontractors, and post‑implementation support. The contractor must demonstrate experience with health‑information systems, cloud security standards, and large‑scale training programs.
• Deliver a compliant LTC‑EHR platform (software licensing, customization, and cloud hosting).
